Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 10–25 business days. Delivery within the UAE is free.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the UAE market only.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order online. For further assistance, contact us at hello@rynoire.com.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be amended or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@rynoire.com.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and original packaging intact.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Email us at hello@rynoire.com with your order number and reason for return. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Are returns free?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?
The following items are non-returnable: sale items, gift cards, custom or personalised products, and personal care items.

Products

How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a size guide. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

Are your products true to size?
Our pieces are designed with a premium, relaxed fit. Please refer to the size guide on each product page for accurate measurements.

How do I care for my Rynoíre pieces?
We recommend cold machine wash or hand wash, inside out, and air dry to preserve the quality and print of your garments. Avoid tumble drying and ironing directly on prints.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards and PayPal.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through our secure payment gateway with SSL encryption. We collect only what is necessary to fulfil your order.
