Returns & Refunds Policy

At Rynoíre, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After this period, we are unable to accept returns.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unwashed, in the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Sale items and clearance purchases
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Personal care items
  • Jewellery that has been worn or altered
  • Intimate apparel for hygiene reasons

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at hello@rynoire.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for your return

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@rynoire.com with photos and your order number. We will resolve this at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
